Please read the following paragraph carefully. You must check the I Agree box or your registration will not be considered valid.
Money back guarantee within 3 calendar days after sitting through the first 3 hour lesson in its entirety for the PSAT/SAT courses. No refunds after that point regardless of any reason or excuse. If the student does not attend the first lesson and wishes to withdraw regardless of any reason or excuse, there will be a charge of $85, plus a $25 processing fee. There will be no refunds after 3 calendar days after lesson #1. *For summer classes, refunds must be requested before the start of the second lesson.
In the event of a school shutdown caused by Covid or any other unforeseen circumstance which prohibits the use of the facility, all remaining sessions will be switched to live virtual. No refunds will be given regardless of any reason or excuse.
Once the office has been contacted, three calendar days after lesson #1, confirmed refunds will be processed upon return of the annotated curriculum by mail only to the main office. Material cannot be returned to teachers or to the office in person.
There will be a $25 processing fee for all refunds.
There will be no refunds for the ACT supplement.
For any student enrolling from lesson #2 on, tuition is non-refundable regardless of any reason.
There are no refunds for deferred students from previous terms.

I agree to the suggested hours of tutoring as per my conversation with the Lentz & Lentz representative. Should the tutor arrive for a prescheduled appointment, and the student fail to attend, Lentz & Lentz will be paid for the 90-minute session. Once the credit card has been processed, there will be a $25 processing fee in the event the student or parent decides not to be tutored. Once the designated date and time is set up with the tutor, Lentz & Lentz requires a minimum of twenty-four hours advance notice in order to cancel the appointment. If twenty-four hours advance notice is not received by email or telephone directly to Lentz & Lentz, the client will be charged for the full 90-minute session. If the student chooses to cut short a 90-minute session once the tutor has arrived, the client will still be charged for the entire 90-minute session. No credits will be given in cases of this nature. Once tutoring sessions have been completed, there are no refunds. If tutoring is done at home, we require a parent or legal guardian to be present.
PSAT/SAT/ACT PRIVATE TUTORING RATES FOR ONE STUDENT:
$145 per hour with a 9-hour minimum requirement (for any student who has not previously completed our standard 8-session SAT preparatory group course).
Sessions are conducted in 90-minute increments.
Based on availability and preference, the tutor will either come to the client’s home, set up a virtual tutoring session, or schedule an appointment to meet at a mutually convenient place.
With minimum requirement, tutoring totals $1305 for 9 hours.
I acknowledge that I am the parent or legal guardian registering the student and I am at least 21 years of age.
