In-Person SAT Prep Course Agreement
Guarantees and Conditions:
Please read the following information carefully. You must check the “I Agree” box or your registration will not be considered valid.
A money-back guarantee is available within three calendar days after sitting through the first three-hour lesson in its entirety for PSAT/SAT courses. No refunds will be issued after that point, regardless of any reason or excuse. If the student does not attend the first lesson and wishes to withdraw for any reason, there will be a charge of $85 plus a $25 processing fee. There will be no refunds after three calendar days following lesson #1. For summer classes, refunds must be requested before the start of the second lesson.
In the event of a school shutdown caused by COVID or any other unforeseen circumstance that prohibits use of the facility, all remaining sessions will be switched to live virtual instruction. No refunds will be given, regardless of any reason or excuse.
Once the office has been contacted, confirmed refunds requested within three calendar days after lesson #1 will be processed only upon return of the annotated curriculum by mail to the main office. Materials may not be returned to teachers or to the office in person.
A $25 processing fee will be applied to all refunds.
There are no refunds for the ACT supplement.
For any student enrolling starting with lesson #2, tuition is non-refundable, regardless of any reason.
There are no refunds for deferred students from previous terms.
If a class has insufficient enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel the class.
If a student completes a PSAT or SAT class and chooses not to attend the additional two lessons during the following term, the tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Lentz & Lentz reserves the right to dismiss any student from the program for disciplinary reasons. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Failure to submit this form nullifies any previously stated refund policy. No refunds will be issued without submission of this form within three calendar days after session #1.
